Moving Parcels is a mobile application that enables you to request a parcel delivery partner for transporting your parcels to a selected drop-off location or to request an item to be sent to you from a chosen sender.

Open the Moving Parcels app, access the home screen, and follow the in-app instructions.

Parcels sent via Moving Parcels have specific monetary value limits and weight restrictions based on the type and size of the vehicle. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, alcohol, medication, recreational drugs, and dangerous or illegal items.

For delivery by vehicle, you can send items that:

  • Are not prohibited.
  • Fit comfortably in the boot of a standard-size vehicle.
  • Are closed, securely sealed, and ready for pickup.
  • Are within the specified value and weight limits.

For delivery by bike or scooter (if available in your location), you can send items that:

  • Don’t contain any prohibited items.
  • Fit comfortably in a school bag.
  • Are closed, securely sealed, and ready for curbside or door pickup.
  • Are within the specified monetary value and weight limits.

If your item contains a prohibited item or doesn’t adhere to the mentioned restrictions, the delivery partner may cancel your request.

Moving Parcels is designed for local and national delivery, typically within a single geographical area or country (excluding international border crossings).

The recipient should be available to meet the delivery partner at the door or on the street. If necessary, you can add delivery notes with further instructions to facilitate the delivery process.

Moving Parcels does not provide insurance coverage for item loss, theft, or damage caused by a third party. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for full details. Violation of the Terms and Conditions may lead to the deactivation of your account without notice.

While we recommend notifying the recipient for a smooth retrieval, you can instruct the delivery partner to leave the item at the recipient’s door in the message section of the Moving Parcels app. However, the delivery partner reserves the right to decline this request.

  • If your item hasn’t been delivered, contact the parcel driver through the app.
  • Parcel drivers may cancel pickups for various reasons, including weight, size, packaging, or prohibited items.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner may contact you for resolution. You’ll be responsible for return costs if needed.
  • For assistance with terminated trips, canceled deliveries, undelivered items, or damage during delivery, contact Moving Parcels Support.
